The issuance of our collection of GAIA Collection will be done in accordance with Romanian rules and regulations.

Any natural or legal person has the possibility to buy, hold and sell Digital Collectibles from the GAIA Collection, unless this fact is explicitly prohibited by the laws of the country of origin or residence.

Each buyer/holder/seller of our Digital Collectibles assumes their own responsibility to their own tax authorities for any income or profits generated by the trading of our Digital Collectibles.

This whitepaper contains information that has been created or compiled by the issuer and, to the best of its knowledge, this information is correct and complete.

The Digital Collectibles are transferred to their respective holders with full ownership rights. Therefore, the owner of an Digital Collectible can decide at any time how to exploit the copyright in a non-commercial manner, as long as it does not impede the rights of past/future owners of that Digital Collectible. Neither DQA nor the artist (Kay Roy) can be held responsible for any misuse of our Digital Collectibles by their holders at any given time.
